What is the propose to create a World Cinema Festival?
A Film Festival is to promote film art and improve standard of a file art and improve standards of a film art activities. But also to reward valuable, creative excellent films, filmmakers to promote exchanges and cooperation between, and to facilitate the development of the film business development level, There is usually set up various awards for achievements should be rewarded. Film Festival popular attention, the big film festivals worldwide influence and even coverage.
A film festival is an organised, extended presentation of films in one or more cinemas or screening venues, usually in a single locality. Increasingly film festivals show part of their films to the public by adding outdoor movie screenings. The films may be of recent date and, depending upon the focus of the individual festival, can include international releases as well as films produced by the organizers' domestic film industry.
